Change C24 to .1uF, 50 volt or better ceramic disc or mylar
Change C31 to .1uF, 100 volt or better ceramic disc or mylar
Change C35 to .1uF, 400 volt or better ceramic disc or mylar
Add a 22uF, 25 volt or better electrolytic in parallel with C33B, observe polarity

RX

Change C26 to a .1uF, 50 volt or better ceramic disc or mylar
Change C22 to a .1uF, 50 volt or better ceramic disc or mylar

More peak power?

Connect a 10uF, 450 volt electrolytic in parallel with R48 with the negative lead going towards the R56-R54 junction.

Something else you can check out,, Google (Modified Heising).
Done this with the Whiteface and it's awesome, ran one for a couple years like this. Really just depends on for ya wanna go.
