The radio sounds tinny almost no lows dixie cup audio. The AM audio sounds fine only the ssb audio is high pitched not due to freq.

Compression board:
Change C8, C10 and C11 to 4.7uF
SSB TX main board:
Change C727, C706 and C709 to 2.2 or 4.7uF Electrolytic
It looks like the output of the Balanced Modulator (SL1640) goes through C710.
Try changing it to a .22UF Mylar or Disc
