Have you tried looking in the Turner Mic handbook in the WWPDX manuals section or on CB Tricks?

To wire a 4 wire turner to a 5 pin cobra you have to jump pin 2 to pin 4, then connect the shield to pin 2. That gives the radio a switching ground and an audio ground. I usually bend a small solid wire (like a resistor lead) into a "U" and jump 2 to 4 first, then wire the rest.
1-white (audio)
2-shield
3-red (receive)
4-jumpered to pin 2
5-black (transmit)
If for some reason it keys when it's unkeyed and vice versa, then just swap the red and black. Also make sure the small switch on the bottom is set to "E" for "electronic switching"
