I am only working a 3 element maco, 25ft off the ground.....will be a stretched out homemade 4 element soon... the only problem i have with the recieve is when motor mouth maul comes on, the bass is ungodly, where i have to change channels because it is way to much..

Well i would recommend a yaesu ft101 e,ee,ex .....and just some simple rack gear, mic and mixer....won't be full hifi but super clean good sounding audio...jmo

I have did the cap swap on a 29 on rx only and it was little too much bass for my liking....but to each there own.......hope this helped
